To enable us to continue to develop and improve our Family Man and Fathers Inside programmes (FM/FI), we distributed a short survey to establishments that were either currently delivering one or both of the programmes or had delivered within the past two years. In total 58 members of staff responded, including governors, education managers, heads of reducing reoffending, tutors and family support workers.
The responses were generally extremely positive while also raising some issues for us to think about, particularly around demands on staff in the current climate. Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate and contribute their thoughts on the programmes. It is the frontline deliverers that enable the programmes to have the impact they do and we are always keen to get your feedback on both the benefits and challenges.
