Training

Safe Ground have 15 years experience of working with prisoners and their families in order to develop stronger relationships and communities. We provide tailored training, consultancy and host Nationwide events in order to promote the use of arts based learning with hard to reach groups.

For establishments who are interested in delivering our flagship Family Man and Fathers Inside programmes, we hold regular 3-day training sessions throughout the year, giving staff the skills they need to set up and run the programmes confidently.

We can also be commissioned to deliver training on-site for groups of up to 20 delegates as well as providing consultancy for establishments or organisations who want to develop their family relationship provision.

Safe Ground also deliver regular Professional Development and Cross-Sector workshops to establishments and organisations as a means of sharing best practice, up-skilling your workforce and providing networking opportunities.

Our Annual Policy Symposium is always a highlight of the year, and we plan on hosting policy and dissemination events more regularly from 2011 onwards.
